ARRIVALS AND DEPARTURES

 
CHECK-IN (ARRIVAL) AFTER 14.00 
 
CHECK-OUT (DEPARTURE) UNTIL 12.00 (noon)
 
 For arrivals or departures before 08.30 and after 23.00, please inform us in advance.
  
Check-in prior to this time is allowed, provided that the  reserved room is available.
 
On the day of departure check–out time is by 12.00 the latest. Any luggage can be stored for later collection if this is required.
 
If our guests wish to extend their stay until 16.00, they will be charged half (50%) the daily rate, provided of course that it is still available. If guests decide to stay after 16.00, they will be charged an overnight stay (100%).
 
 

RESERVATIONS

 
Reservations can be made with credit card ( Master | Visa | American Express ) on our online reservation system and they will be considered valid  by the hotel upon receiving the guest's credit card detail and once payment has been verified.
 
Reservations can be made also through Bank wire transfer to our bank account. Reservations will be considered valid  by the hotel once payment has been verified and upon receiving the guest’s bank transaction receipt by fax.
 
Taxes are included in all prices of this website.
 
Antirides Hotel reserves the right to alter or amend rates and rate periods and the terms and conditions at any time.
 
 
 

CHILDREN POLICY

 
All children under 4 years stay free of charge due the usage of the existing bed.
 
Children up to 4 years can use a baby cot with daily charge of 10.00 euro per day.
 
All older children using extra bed are charged as adults.
 
Capacity of extra bed in a room, is one item per room and can be applied to specific rooms of classic type only.
 
Capacity of extra baby cot in a room, is one item per room and can be applied to specific rooms only.
 
Any baby cot is upon request and needs to be confirmed by the hotel.
 
Baby cots cannot be calculated automatically in the total costs and have to be paid separately in the hotel.
 
 
 

CAR PARKING

 
The Hotel does not accept responsibility for damage to, or for theft from, or for theft of client’s vehicles parked on the public street in front of Hotel premises.
 
 
 

BEHAVIOUR

 
The Hotel reserves the right to judge acceptable levels of noise or behaviour of Clients, guests or representatives, who must take all  steps for corrective action as requested by the Hotel. In the event of failure to comply with management requests, the Hotel may terminate the booking or stop any event immediately without being liable for any refund or compensation.
 
 
 

PETS

 
Pets are not allowed.
 
 
 

LIABILITY

 
Clients are responsible for any damage caused to the allocated rooms, furnishings, utensils and equipment in them by any act, omission, default or neglect of the Clients or their guests and will pay to the Hotel on demand the amount required to make good or remedy any such damage.
